HEALTH & SAFETY

Arc People & Talent considers Health and Safety to be a priority for all those that have connecting workstreams with us.

As a preventive measure, a risk assessment is carried out for every role that a permanent or flexible employee is requested to perform. This forms a part of our supplier relationship and aligns our approach from the very beginning.

We adopt a proactive approach to health and safety and work closely with both our business clients and workers to ensure compliance at all times.

Our Policy for Health and Safety is set out below.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Introduction

Arc People & Talent will ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all our workers, including contractors working under our control (Contractor Workers), employees of ARTISAN REPAIR CONCEPTS LTD. (Employees / Workers / Associates), visitors to our premises and all other persons who may be affected by our undertakings. Arc People & Talent recognises and is committed to complying with its legal responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, subsequent Regulations made under the Act and other requirements to which Arc People & Talent subscribes that relate to health and safety hazards.

Responsibilities

Whilst Arc People & Talent recognises its duties and responsibilities to all its Workers, our Workers provisioned as Contractors, are placed with client businesses to carry out work that is specialist to their field.
